INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY RULES – CERM Programme

The International Mobility rules established by the School of Civil, Environmental and Land Management Engineering apply to CERM students as well. In addition:

  1. students holding a bachelor degree conferred by any University except Politecnico di Milano and applying for an International Exchange while attending the FIRST year of the CERM programme MUST consult the CERM Professor in charge of the Students’ Mobility before presenting their candidature, otherwise their application shall be invalid;
  2.  students attending the SECOND year of the CERM programme are eligible for an International Exchange only if they have acquired at least 40 credits with a minimum average mark 25/30 from the exams of the courses scheduled in the first year of the CERM programme;
  3.  the maximum duration of an International Exchange period of students holding a bachelor degree conferred by any University except Politecnico di Milano is 6 months, including the stay for the thesis, if developed abroad.

ALL students applying for an International Exchange are strongly suggested to consult the CERM Professor in charge of the Erasmus project before presenting their candidature. This consultancy will allow the students to check the applicable rules and to verify the consistency between the offer of the prospective Host Institution(s), the planned curriculum and the applicant’s background.
